REFUND POLICY

For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued, in case Nyxology has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription.

REFUND POLICY


We take utmost care about the packages purchased by our customers through the purchase form both online and offline. We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to Nyxology, But, if some time things go wrong or in the unlikely event related to Nyxology, we do have refund policy for our customers. There are some eligibility criteria for refund of amount, which are as follows:-

You are eligible for:

  • Full refund: if case is not resolved within 24 to 48 hours of the incident.
  • If one or more issues are resolved and customer still wants refund of his/her amount then a prorated charge of the incident amount will be refunded after deducting the incident charges of resolved cases.

You are not eligible for:

  • Any refund if the cases are closed after customers permission.
  • Refund if within a week the case gets closed.
  • Refund if the issues are resolved and 15 days of Incident has passed.
  • Note: Nyxology is always with you for help in different ways. We encouraged that before filing any dispute directly from bank, kindly give us a call or email so that final settlement can be done on mutual understanding.
